As today marks the start of a brand new season, I want to take a moment to say something that’s been on my mind: thank you. To everyone who has followed CF Benidorm UK since day one on X, those who have joined us on Instagram, and everyone now supporting the website. I genuinely appreciate every single one of you.
When I started CF Benidorm UK, the sole purpose was straightforward: provide as much information as possible for fans in the UK and for international fans who aren’t able to be in Benidorm. The aim has always been simple, keep you up to date with everything happening at the club, bring you closer to the action, and hopefully build a real community along the way.
But if I’m being completely honest, CF Benidorm UK has become something more than that for me. It has become an escape. Anyone who knows me personally knows the last 10–12 months have been incredibly difficult for me and my family. This project has given me somewhere to focus, something to look forward to, and, even if just for a little while, an escape from the pain and everything else going on. So every comment, email, DM, follow, like and repost genuinely means more than you probably realise, because in those moments, I’m not thinking about everything else. I’m thinking about CF Benidorm.
So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here. Now let’s enjoy the 2026/27 season together. Vamos Benidorm!
